Principle: as little as possible

This website is deliberately built to be data-minimal. There are no tracking pixels, no ad networks, no analytics software and no embedded third-party players. Fonts, images, scripts and audio files are served exclusively from our own server. In particular, Google Fonts or comparable external font services are not used.

No cookies, no consent banner

This website sets no cookies – neither our own nor third-party ones. Opening a page transmits no data whatsoever to third parties, simply because nothing is loaded from external servers. That is also why there is no cookie banner here: there would be nothing for you to consent to. Only when you click one of the links to our profiles on streaming or social media services do you leave this site, and the terms of the respective provider apply.

Server log files

When you access the website, general information is automatically recorded (server log files). This includes browser type, operating system, the domain name of your internet provider, the IP address, date and time of access and the page requested. This data is technically necessary in order to deliver the content correctly and to ensure secure operation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in trouble-free and secure operation). Log files are deleted after a short period and are not merged with other data sources.

Hosting

The website is hosted by a service provider located in the European Union. The host processes the data mentioned above on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

SSL/TLS encryption

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. The transmission of your data is therefore encrypted according to the state of the art.

Local storage in your browser

If you use the music player, it remembers in your browser's local storage which track was playing last, at which position and at what volume. Data is only written when you start playback yourself – merely visiting a page stores nothing. The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, as the storage is necessary for the playback function you explicitly requested. The information stays on your device, is never transmitted to us and can be deleted at any time via your browser settings.

External links and streaming services

We link to profiles on Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Backstage PRO and gigmit as well as to our merch shop. These are plain links – no data is transmitted to those providers unless you click the link. Once you do, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

Getting in touch

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Simply contact the address given above.

Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

Changes to this policy

We will adapt this privacy policy whenever changes to the website or to the legal situation require it. The current version applies to your next visit.
